11/15 – Georgia O’Keeffe, an American Modernist artist, was born on this day in 1887.

11/16 – National Fast Food Day

Fun Fact – The first happy meal was served in 1979; and just so you know, McDonalds is the most popular fast food restaurant in the world.

11/17 – National Homemade Bread Day

Who doesn’t love the smell of baking bread in your home? Try picking up frozen bread or rolls and bake the bread in your oven to make the house smell great.

11/18 – Mickey Mouse’s Birthday

11/19 – Beaver Moon

The November full moon is known as the Beaver Moon. This was the time to set traps before the swamps froze to ensure a good supply of furs for the winter. A different interpretation is that this is the time beavers would be most active in the preparation for winter.

11/20 – National Absurdity Day

This day was created as a day to recall and note some of the entirely off the wall and ridiculous things in our history, our country, and our lives.
